Sizing: All items are made according to my pattern and each listing should have a size chart with measurements. Not sure about sizing? Message me and I can try and help the best I can.

Sezzle Users: I know sezzle is a big help with your BRB orders. In order for us to continue offering this amazing service we have had to make some changes. Sezzle orders must be $25 or more. Sezzle tends to oversell sometimes also. This is out of our control. If this happens you will be notified by email with an option to receive a refund or store credit.

Shipping: Shipping is FREE on all orders that ship within the United States or APO. If your order is under 1lb and you'd still like to upgrade to Priority or UPS that is available and price is based on weight. International shipping is available but is based on your location. TAT: I do my best to get things out quickly, currently my TAT is 4/5 weeks (20-25 business days) unless otherwise stated. I only work M-F, so please be understanding that weekends are spent with my family.

Return Policy: Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final - returns, refunds and exchanges are not permitted. However, we stand by our product and will make any errors right. If you've received the wrong item or there is a problem with your order, please just let us know by e-mailing us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to help resolve any errors after 30 days.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any pre-orders. All pre-order items are ordered right after the sale closes. Please email us for status updates or check out the pinned post in our Facebook group.
